The core working day. Leaders engage in applied leadership labs and evidence-based decision frameworks drawn directly from psychological science examining the mechanisms that shape strength, resilience and cognitive performance.

Insights become commitments. Each leader leaves with a 12-month cascade plan: a specific, accountable articulation of what changes in how they lead, the environment they create and the organisations they are building.
